1) Baker Commis
1–2 years of experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role
Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment (mixers, blenders, dough tools)
Knowledge of food safety practices
Experience in cake decoration techniques
Flexible with shift schedules
Culinary certification is a plus

2) Production Supervisor
Provide operational support across production, inventory, and IC functions
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Monitor and manage inventory with accuracy
Support process optimization initiatives
Assist in forecasting production and inventory needs
Ensure compliance with ERP workflows and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
