Job Position – IT support Engineer

Looking for IT support Engineers with 4-5 years experience to Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, server, and Office 365-related issues.

Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, server performance, Office 365 applications, and system problems.
– Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, network devices, Office 365, and other software.
– Manage user accounts, access permissions, Office 365 setups (email, Teams, SharePoint), and perform regular system backups.
– Assist with network and server security, monitor system performance, and support IT projects including Office 365 integrations.
