Job Position –  IT L1 and L2 Support Engineer

Location: Dubai & Sharjah

Salary: Up to AED 5000

Experience: Minimum 2 Years’ experience in IT Support.

Hands-on expertise in the following areas:
– IT Level 1 and Level 2 Support
– Windows Server Administration
– Active Directory and Group Policy Management
– DHCP and DNS Configuration
– VMware (Virtualisation)
– Backup Solutions
– Endpoint Security
– Client OS Support (Windows 10/11)
– Server, Laptop, and Desktop Troubleshooting
– Wi-Fi Access Points and Network Printer Troubleshooting
– Basic Networking and Firewall Knowledge
– Office 365 experience is considered a strong advantage

Home country experience will also be considered.
