Job Position – IT Support Engineer

Company Name – Infravue Technologies

On-site, Full-time

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Manage and monitor systems, backups, and security updates
Support end-users on-site and ensure minimal downtime
Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements:
2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic hardware
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be currently based in the UAE or ready to relocate immediately
