Seeking an experienced ICT Engineer with strong expertise in Data Centre Operations, Networking, and Systems Administration to join our Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-availability, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and guidance on ICT systems, services, and technologies
– Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot data centre infrastructure, networks, CCTV, AV systems, and fibre connectivity
– Install, configure, upgrade, and support IT systems and services
– Ensure continuous operation and high availability of critical infrastructure
– Manage technical incidents and resolve issues within agreed SLAs
– Maintain system documentation, engineering logs, and operational reports
– Support change management and compliance processes
– Coordinate with contractors and ensure adherence to operational and safety standards

Required Skills:
Networking: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, IDS/IPS
Monitoring Tools: Wireshark, Nagios, PRTG, or similar
Data Centre Architecture, Redundancy & High Availability
SDN & Network Virtualization
Windows, Linux, and Unix Administration
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
– Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or PRINCE2 are preferred
– Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT or Data Centre Operations (FM sector experience preferred)
