Job Position – IT Network & System Engineer

Location: KSA & Egypt

An expanding its Technical Services & Cybersecurity Department! Join our team and play a key role in supporting site-level operations and ensuring seamless IT infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities:
-Install, configure, manage, and maintain network, systems, servers, and IDF/MDF infrastructure
-Diagnose and resolve network and system incidents efficiently
-Implement assigned network projects and manage Active Directory, Domain, DNS, servers, OS, automation, patch management, service desk, and end-user systems
-Configure and maintain IPsec and SSL VPNs
-Keep security-related software and devices up-to-date
-Enforce network and information security policies following industry best practices
-Proactively monitor network devices and systems to ensure high availability and SLA compliance
-Guide the Technical Support Team in troubleshooting and resolution of network/system issues
-Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, servers, processes, and services
-Coordinate with departments, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality services and SLA compliance

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s in IT or related field (network/system focus)
-CCNA/CCNP or Microsoft Certifications
-7–8 years of experience in networking and systems
-Strong problem-solving, communication, and consultative skills
