Hiring an experienced to join a large-scale Healthcare IT environment, supporting 20+ hospitals & clinics and 9,000+ users across Dubai.

Work Pattern: 24×7 Shifts | Multi-site Support

Key Responsibilities & Skills :
Desktop, laptop, tablet & peripheral support
Windows & macOS troubleshooting
LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP
Active Directory, MFA & endpoint security
Windows imaging & PC deployment
Printers, scanners & enterprise applications
ITSM / ticketing & SLA management
Multi-site onsite technical support

Requirements :
4+ years of End User / Desktop Support experience
Strong hardware & software troubleshooting skills
Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
ITSM / ticketing experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
Valid UAE Driving License – MANDATORY
Willingness to travel between multiple sites
Comfortable working 24×7 shifts
Healthcare IT, Enterprise Support, MCSE, MCITP or ITIL experience will be an added advantage.
