Key Responsibilities
-Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices
-Install and configure Windows, applications and peripherals
-Support Microsoft Office, email and collaboration tools
-Assist with Active Directory, user accounts and access
-Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and remote connectivity issues
-Perform basic server health checks and monitor backups
-Log, document and resolve incidents within SLA
-Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams

Requirements
-1–3 years of IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support experience
-Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office & Active Directory
-Basic networking knowledge
-Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
-UAE experience is an advantage
