Hiring a strong and dynamic with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in luxury villa projects, to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-3–5 years of relevant experience (luxury villas experience is a must)
-Strong personality with excellent site leadership skills
-Ability to manage site activities, contractors, and timelines efficiently
-Good communication and problem-solving skills
-Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
-Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations
-Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications
-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
-Monitor progress and ensure timely project delivery
