Job Position – Civil Engineer

Company Name – AUM Development

A Dubai Municipality G+4 license approval to join growing Developer team in Dubai.

Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute G+4 residential/commercial projects
Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations & approvals
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and timelines
Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
Handle inspections and approvals with authorities
Requirements:
Dubai Municipality G+4 approved engineer (mandatory)
5–10 years of relevant experience in Dubai
Strong knowledge of DM codes, site execution, and approvals
Ability to manage projects independently
