Job Position – Site Engineer

Department: Projects / Operations

Responsible for supervising and managing site activities, ensuring all works are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications, particularly in structural steel and metal-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to structural and metal works
Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, fabricators, and internal teams
Monitor project progress and prepare site reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering support
Maintain proper documentation and site records
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Must have experience in structural steel / metal industry
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in UAE is preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods, steel structures, and site execution
Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings
Additional Requirements:
UAE Driving License is preferred
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Working Conditions:
Site-based role (outdoor work required)
Working hours as per company policy

Salary & Benefits:
AED 7,000 – AED 10,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and company policy
