Job Position – Site Civil Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee site activities, ensuring proper execution, planning and coordination of works under the Site Manager.
-Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers while managing site personnel and operations.
-Prepare labour forecasts, site layouts, method statements and secure necessary permits/NOCs.
-Track progress, maintain site records, ensure correct setting out and supervise subcontractors to meet drawings and specifications.
-Manage materials, maintain variation records. and assist with valuations.
-Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, maintain documentation and support final accounts and as-built drawings.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
-3-4 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
-Strong knowledge of local authority regulations.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
