Job Position – Procurement Engineer

Hiring for an experienced to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in procurement for civil construction projects, with excellent knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage procurement activities for civil construction materials, equipment, and subcontract packages.
-Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best value.
-Prepare and process RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement contracts.
-Coordinate with project, engineering, planning, and commercial teams to ensure timely material delivery.
-Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement progress.
-Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company procurement policies.
-Maintain accurate procurement records and support cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
-5+ years of procurement experience with a construction main contractor in the UAE/GCC.
-Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, suppliers, and subcontract procurement.
-Experience with ERP systems and procurement management processes.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
