1. Lead and coordinate all technical activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
2. Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
3. Coordinate with consultants, design teams, project managers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
4. Monitor design coordination, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
5. Ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and construction schedules.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 12 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
3. Proven experience in a technical management role on high-rise building projects.
4. Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and consultant coordination.
5. Excellent leadership, technical problem-solving, and communication skills.

Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
