Job Position – SME Mobile Network Development

Salary: AED 20,000 – 22,000

Key Responsibilities

– Provide site solution recommendations to support mobile network development
– Ensure delivery of optimal technical & financial solutions for mobile network activities
– Lead civil design solutions to maintain network availability, quality, and cost efficiency
– Participate in technical & financial tender evaluations and vendor negotiations
– Explore and introduce new technologies and products to enhance network performance
– Drive cost-saving and environmentally effective solutions
– Coordinate product testing, RFPs, contract finalization, and implementation
– Prepare technical guidelines and provide expert recommendations to other teams
– Lead technical decision-making in line with organizational and authority regulations

What You Need

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
– 6+ years of experience in construction / civil works (mobile network)
– Experience supporting mobile network infrastructure projects
– Knowledge of microwave links and fiber optic backhaul/fronthaul
– Strong technical evaluation and vendor negotiation skills
– Experience in tendering, RFPs, and contract evaluations
