– Provide L1 support for IT systems, hardware, and software
– Manage and resolve technical tickets via email, phone, and ticketing systems
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems, networks, printers, and scanners
– Handle user account management in AD and Exchange
– Onboard new users and provide training on IT tools and applications
– Deliver VIP support with professionalism and efficiency
