Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor

Q.S Engineer – Building Projects
Location: Al Wahda Street, Sharjah, U.A.E
Sector: Main Contracting – Construction (Tendering & Estimation Department)
Experience: 7+ Years (UAE / GCC)

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate quantity take-offs as per CESMM / POMI standards
-Review subcontractor/supplier quotations & prepare cost comparisons
-Support the technical team in bid preparation
-Coordinate with project stakeholders for clarifications & alternatives
-Identify cost reductions and resolve estimation-related issues
-Report to the Estimator or Estimation Manager with relevant project details

Qualification Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
-Minimum 7 years of UAE/GCC experience in Building Projects
