– 3+ years of UAE construction project engineering experience, with luxury villa experience preferred.
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
– Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
– Has Fit-out experience, excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– A valid UAE driver’s license.
