Key Requirements:
-5+ years of hands-on IT administration and support experience
-Strong Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID)
-Windows endpoint management, security, patching & antivirus
-NAS/File Server & VPN administration
-Solid networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN troubleshooting)
-Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems
-Information security awareness and access-control management
-Excellent user support, communication, and problem-solving skills
