Requirements
-Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry
-Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
-Strong expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, cost control, and contract administration
-Experience in preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), project valuations, variation orders, and cost reports
-Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
-Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
-Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
