Qualifications:
-Professional Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with relevant additional certification
-Related Certifications – CCNA and MCSE

Experience:
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Job-Specific Skills:
-Good interpersonal and customer care skills
-Working knowledge of system requirements, computers and network related components (Switch, Hub, Routers etc.).
-Administrative Knowledge of Windows 2K/XP/Win7/Servers 2003/2008, MS Exchange Server 2010, MS Office 2007/2010.
-Administrative knowledge of MS SQL 2005/2008 Server, MS Exchange, Firewall etc.
