Role Highlights:
Daily IT support for hardware, software & networks
Office 365 & Windows Server administration
FortiGate firewall, CCTV, and access control management
Support staff with tech tools, platforms & website maintenance

You Should Have:
-2–4 years of IT support experience
-CCNA / MCSA / MCITP certification (Mandatory)
-Hands-on with Office 365, Windows Server, Firewall, CCTV, Access Control
-Excellent communication & documentation skills

School IT experience is a plus
Location: Dubai
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
