Job Position – HR Operations Officer

To manage and streamline HR processes for our large outsourced workforce.

If you have extensive HR operations experience in the UAE, strong knowledge of labour laws, and the ability to handle both white-collar and blue-collar workforce operations

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–6 years of HR operations experience (min. 3 years in UAE outsourcing/manpower)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, visa processing & PRO coordination
• Experience handling HR processes for mainland and free zone entities
• Proven track record in managing large outsourced teams
• Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and free zone rules
