1) Site Architect (Interior Fit-Out)
-5+ years UAE/GCC experience
-Strong knowledge in site execution, material coordination, authority regulations & client coordination
-Experience in luxury residential, retail, hospitality & commercial fit-out projects preferred

2) Interior Fit-Out Draftsman
-3–10+ years UAE/GCC experience
-Expertise in shop drawings, detailed joinery drawings, ceiling layouts, coordination drawings & as-built drawings
-Proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory

3) FF&E Designer (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
-3+ years UAE/GCC experience
-Strong material selection, mood boards, furniture specification & vendor coordination skills
-Experience in luxury interiors & hospitality projects preferred

4) QA/QC Engineer – Interior Fit-Out
-5+ years UAE/GCC experience in Interior Fit-Out projects
-Strong knowledge of quality inspections, material approvals, method statements, snagging & handover procedures
-Experience in luxury residential, hospitality & commercial fit-out projects preferred
-Familiar with UAE authority standards & project documentation

5) Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out
-3–10+ years UAE/GCC experience
-Expertise in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, variation orders & subcontractor evaluation
-Strong understanding of fit-out materials, joinery, finishes & project costing
-Experience in tendering and post-contract commercial management preferred

REQUIREMENTS
-Interior Design / Architecture / Relevant qualification
-UAE/GCC Fit-Out industry experience mandatory
-Immediate joiners preferred
-Strong communication & coordination skills
