Job Position – Cloud Engineer

Location – Qatar

Requirements:
– 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, NOC, or Cloud Operations
– Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (mandatory)
– Exposure to AWS or GCP is an advantage (multi-cloud environment preferred)

Strong knowledge of:
– Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
– Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
– Windows/Linux server environments
– Experience with cloud monitoring and incident management tools
– Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
– Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC, or HPSM

Certifications
– Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
– AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate)
– Google Cloud Associate Engineer
– ITIL Foundation v4
– CCNA (Networking knowledge advantage

Preferred Skills
– Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools
– Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
– Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
– Experience with Kubernetes or container platforms (Docker, AKS, EKS)
– Cloud security knowledge (Defender, IAM, Zero Trust concepts)
