Job Position – CCTV/Telecom Supervisor & Technician

For the maintenance team to join fire division ADNOC- project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Maintenance experience within Oil & Gas Industry.

1) CCTV/Telecom Supervisor
2) CCTV Technician

TELECOM/CCTV SUPERVISOR – Oil & Gas – Maintenance Project
-Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and local regulatory guidelines.
-Conduct routine preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance.
-Supervise day-to-day maintenance of CCTV systems, including cameras, DVR/NVRs, monitors,
switches, and control room operations.

-Strong knowledge of analog/IP-based CCTV systems (BOSCH), VMS platforms (Indigo Vision),
and advanced experience in networking.

-Lead a team of CCTV technicians and assign tasks related to inspection, testing, and fault rectification.
-Troubleshoot hardware/software faults and ensure timely resolution.
-Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
-Experience in Image backup software (Acronis), RAID systems and fiber networks.
Professional certifications such as A+, N+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, or CCNP are advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunication with min 7+ years of experience Maintenance in CCTV, Access Control and telecommunication, networking within Oil & Gas Industry
