Join our team at Kandas Interiors as a Business Development Executive (BDE). In this role, you’ll act as a field support to the Business Development Manager and help us drive growth across Dubai’s competitive interior fit-out market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. dentify potential clients across sectors (retail, F&B, offices, clinics, etc.)
2. Assist the BDM in meetings, follow-ups, and presentations
3.Conduct market research and site visits to tap new leads
4. Maintain and update client databases regularly
5. Coordinate with internal teams to support project proposals and quotations
6. Be the “runner” who bridges field intelligence with BD strategy

Requirements:
1. 1–3 years of UAE experience in interiors / construction / real estate / facility services
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Confident with outdoor sales and quick follow-ups
4. Strong understanding of the Dubai market
5. Valid UAE driving license is a must
