Job Position – HR cum Office Admin Coordinator

HR cum Office Admin Coordinator to support our human resources operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day office coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions, Experience or knowledge in procurement of aluminium products, tools will be a strong advantage and preferred.

HR Responsibilities:
– Maintaining employee records
– Handling employee leave, attendance, and payroll processing
– Strong knowledge in excel and HR Software and government portal (MOHRE)
– Supporting HR policies and compliance
– Office Admin Coordinator:
– Managed supplier sourcing.
– Strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and service quality
– Conducted price comparisons and negotiated cost-effective purchasing terms
– Demonstrated working knowledge of aluminium products, tools, and related industry materials Requirements:
– Proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
– Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor regulations.
– Proficiency in MS Office and government portal.
– Strong sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations
