3) Material Engineer – PMV
4) Maintenance Supervisor – PMV

 

Requirements:
– Relevant technical qualifications and industry experience.
– Previous experience in Plant, Machinery & Vehicles (PMV) operations is essential for relevant positions.
– Highrise Construction or heavy equipment industry experience is preferred.

5) Architectural and Civil Inspectors – Min. 10 years experience with a PMC on large Residential/Towers projects.
6) Land Surveyors – Min. 08-10 years experience with a PMC on large Infrastructure projects.

Technical Design:
7) Technical Architects : Min. 10 years UAE experience with both Contractor-Consultants preferably with large Residential/Hotel projects.
8) Structural Design Engineers : Min. 10 years UAE experience with both Contractor-Consultants preferably on Concrete building structures.
9) Technical Engineers (Electrical): Min. 10 years UAE experience with both Contractor-Consultants preferably with large Residential/Hotel projects.

Construction:
10) Project Directors : Min. 15-20 years UAE experience with reputed Main Contractors preferably with large Residential/Hotel projects.
