With hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliation within the real estate industry to join our client’s team on a contract (project-based) basis. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who can contribute immediately with minimal supervision and add value from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage accounts receivable and payable specific to real estate transactions
? Perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports
? Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
? Support audit processes and maintain accurate financial documentation
? Coordinate with property management and leasing teams

Requirements:
? Proven experience in real estate accounting (UAE experience preferred)
? Proficiency in accounting software such as ODOO, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.
? Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulations
? Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
? Qualification: ACCA / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent
