Job Position – School Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide academic, social, emotional, and behavioral counselling to students.
-Support students in developing positive coping and life skills.
-Work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership team to address student needs.
-Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
-Assist in career guidance and student well-being programs.
-Maintain confidential student records and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

-Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
-UAE Equivalency for the Masters.
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a School Counsellor, preferably in a CBSE school.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of child development and student well-being practices.
-Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
