Job Position – Civil Estimation Engineers

Vacancies: 2 Positions

Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in civil estimation
-Previous experience working with a Main Contractor is mandatory
-Strong background in tendering, cost estimation, and quantity take-off
-Experience in commercial, industrial, warehouse, and large-scale construction projects preferred
-Strong knowledge of UAE construction market rates and subcontractor pricing
-Ability to review tender documents, drawings, BOQ, specifications, and contracts
-Experience with Design & Build projects is an advantage
-Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred
-Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills
-Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities:
-Preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
-Review of drawings, specifications, and contract documents
-BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost analysis
-Coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
-Evaluation of project risks and commercial requirements
-Value engineering and cost optimization proposals
