Seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong command of FIDIC contracts and proven expertise across both pre-contract and post-contract stages. This role is critical in ensuring effective cost control, contractual compliance, and commercial success across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead project budgeting, cost planning, and BOQ preparation
– Manage tendering processes, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations
– Oversee cash flow forecasting and financial control
– Handle variations, valuations, and payment certifications
– Manage FIDIC-based claims, EOT submissions, and dispute resolution support

Requirements:
– Proven UAE experience in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial management
– Ability to manage high-value claims and complex negotiations
– Excellent analytical, contractual, and stakeholder management skills
