Job Position – Medical Coding & Documentation Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the medical coding and clinical documentation function
2. Ensure compliance with DoH standards, coverage policies, and audit requirements
3. Provide supervision, training, and performance oversight to the coding team
4. Conduct regular audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
5. Drive revenue optimization through accurate documentation, and denial prevention strategies
6.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve coding accuracy and reimbursement outcomes

Requirements
– Female candidates only
– Medical background required; preferably a GP (General Practitioner)
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
– Strong expertise in medical coding, documentation improvement, and DoH coverage guidelines
– In-depth understanding of ICD, CPT, and modifiers
– Demonstrated track record in revenue optimization and denial management
– Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
