Facilities Manager

– Oversee day-to-day FM operations and maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

– Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance

– Manage vendors and contractors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services

– Budgeting, financial management, and cost tracking for FM operations

– Space planning and optimization, office moves, and facility reorganizations

– Develop long-term strategies for facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency

– Emergency response management

– Must have in-depth knowledge of FM functions, particularly Hard Services

– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

– Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years as a Facilities Manager in the UAE

– Valid UAE Driving License required
