Requirements
-Lead and manage site operations with a strong focus on service excellence and technical precision
-Oversee high-end MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and preventive maintenance
-Maintain seamless facility operations in line with UAE safety regulations, authority standards, and best practices
-Ensure superior service delivery across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets
-Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-Minimum 2 years of proven Facilities Management experience within premium or large-scale properties
-Strong technical expertise with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within professional, client-focused teams
