Key Responsibilities:
-Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
-Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
-Assist with configuration of firewalls, servers, switches, and other network devices
-Support IT infrastructure setup and maintenance
-Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve skills

Ideal Candidate:
-Deep knowledge of IT support, networking, switches, and firewalls
-Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
-Willingness to travel across the UAE for client support
-Self-motivated and committed to growth

Must be based in the UAE
