7+ years of UI/UX Design experience.

Important capabilities highlighted included:
Conducting user research and usability testing.
Building end-to-end user journeys and user flows.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Ability to demonstrate previous UI/UX work and design thinking.

Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise, workflow, or business application design.
Experience designing internal business applications rather than purely public-facing websites.
Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Experience building end-to-end user journeys and workflows.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
