Job Position – Site HSE Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 15 years of proven experience in the construction industry

Prior experience on ALDAR projects is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, standards, and best practices

Proven ability to lead site HSE teams, implement safety management systems, and ensure full compliance

Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills

Immediate joiners preferred

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all site HSE activities

Ensure compliance with client, statutory, and company HSE requirements

Lead safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations

Promote a strong safety culture across the project site
