Job Position – Service Desk Agent

Location: Dubai
Immediate joiners preferred (Must already based in UAE)

To provide L1 support, handle initial technical investigations, and deliver first-call resolution for service requests and incidents.

Qualifications:
-BSc. in IT or related field
-3+ years of relevant IT experience
-Knowledge of networks, MS Office products, and Microsoft Windows
-Experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, ManageEngine, ServiceDesk, Ivanti)
-Service oriented, open, and good with analytical skills
