An experienced to support a global MRO client. This role focuses on advanced technical support, system reliability, and user satisfaction across multiple locations.
The successful candidate will work, performing various tasks including:
-Provide advanced support for PCs, industrial PCs, printers, phones, and peripherals
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
-Install, configure, and update systems and standard applications
-Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and compliance standards
-Monitor system performance to ensure availability, security, and stability
-Support local/regional IT projects
-Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth daily operations
