Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 12,000 (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

Our well-established client in the Interior Design & Fit-Out industry is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in landscape works, swimming pools, water features, and external works.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Handle tendering, subcontractor evaluations, and cost comparisons
Manage variations, valuations, claims, and final accounts
Monitor project costs and provide commercial support
Conduct site measurements and coordinate with project teams
Prepare cost reports and maintain QS documentation

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
6–10 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying
Strong experience in landscape, swimming pools, water features, and related works
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and UAE market rates
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD; QS software knowledge is an advantage
Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Experience:
Luxury villa landscaping projects
High-end pool and water feature projects
FIDIC and UAE construction contract knowledge
