Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

To join team for a prestigious project in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on post-contract works, ensuring all aspects of cost management and contract administration are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all post-contract activities, including cost control, contract administration, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Evaluate and negotiate contract variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and financial statements.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on post-contract works.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and legal regulations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office and cost estimating software.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
