Job Position – Power BI Consultant

Company Name – BPO

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate directly with the CEO and management team to understand reporting needs and business priorities
– Build, design, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations aligned with company goals
– Ensure the health, performance, and governance of the Power BI environment, including dataset optimization and security best practices
– Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into technical specs, and deliver scalable solutions
– Provide training and support to end-users, enabling self-service reporting where possible
– Stay up to date on Power BI updates, features, and best practices; proactively recommend improvements
– Manage data integration and connections from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.)

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Consultant
– Strong skills in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
– Ability to work closely with senior leaders, understand business challenges, and translate them into technical solutions
– Familiarity with SQL, Azure, or cloud data platforms is a plus
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines

Candidate must have 6 plus years of experience.
