Osborne Engineering LLC is conducting a open day walk-in interview drive for multiple engineering and technical positions coming 20th and 21st May 2026 for the following positions including:

• Manual Lathe Operator (1 vacancy)
• Manual Miller (1 vacancy)
• CNC Lathe Operator (1 vacancy)
• Workshop Engineer (1 vacancy)
• Fitter (2 vacancies)
• Quality Inspector (1 vacancy)
• Rotating Equipment Technician (1 vacancy)

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in machining, fitting, rotating equipment, or quality inspection.
• Candidates with background in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Machine Shop environment is a strong advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work to international standards.
• Having good communication skills; team player with a proactive attitude.

Workshop Engineer – Additional Requirements:

• Candidates with Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; Oil & Gas or power generation sector experience is preferred.
• Candidates with minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Gas Turbines (maintenance, overhaul, or fuel systems).
• Demonstrated leadership skills — ability to lead a team, manage workshop tasks, and drive results.
