Job Position – Night Auditor

Company Name – Royal Rose Hotel

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Perform daily night audit procedures and ensure all hotel transactions are accurately recorded.
– Reconcile room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and other hotel income sources.
– Review and verify guest accounts, billing instructions, and payment transactions.
– Prepare daily revenue and management reports for the Finance Department.
– Balance cash, credit card transactions, city ledger accounts, and other financial records.
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial reports.
– Ensure compliance with Hilton financial policies and internal controls.
– Assist the Finance team with month-end and year-end closing requirements when required.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
– Previous experience as a Night Auditor, Accounts Assistant, Front Office Cashier, or similar hotel position.
– Knowledge of hotel accounting procedures and revenue auditing.
– Experience with ONQ PMS or similar hotel management systems preferred.
– Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
– Ability to work independently during night shifts.
– Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
