MEP TECHNICIAN

 Job Title: MEP TECHNICIAN

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems
✅ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical panels, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and pumps
✅ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals
✅ Ensure work complies with FM standards and safety regulations
✅ Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
✅ Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

✔️ 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Technician
✔️ Background in Facilities Management (FM) – Mandatory
✔️ Strong knowledge of MEP systems and tools
✔️ Ability to work independently and in teams
✔️ Technical diploma or certification in the MEP-related field
