Job Position – Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary Level

Looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary Level to join Al Salam Private School and play a vital role in ensuring Students of Determination are fully included and supported in our classrooms.

As an LSA, you’ll work closely with classroom teachers, the Head of Inclusion, parents, and students to create a stimulating, inclusive learning environment. Your role will involve supporting individual students, small groups, or whole classes, delivering tailored interventions, and helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
– Patience, compassion, and a proactive attitude
