Key Requirements:
-Mandatory 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 support.
-Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
-Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and virtualization environments.
-Strong background in network infrastructure support, including wireless and VPN troubleshooting.
-Mandatory experience in backup management and infrastructure operations.
-Proven ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolve complex L2 technical incidents.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with relevant experience.
