Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
– Completion of 12 years of education plus 2-3 years formal training in Computer Science or related field.
– Professional Certifications such as Microsoft (Operating Systems), CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a must.
– Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
– Prior experience in multinational workforce environments preferred.
